Diamond Plastics manufactures 30” through 60” Pro-21™ profile wall PVC sewer pipe in accordance with ASTM F1803 Standard Specification for Poly (Vinyl Chloride)(PVC) Closed Profile Gravity Pipe and Fittings Based on Controlled Inside Diameter.
This standard contains manufacturing and quality control requirements for gasketed large diameter profile wall PVC sewer pipe with a minimum pipe stiffness of 46 psi, regardless of pipe diameter
This product provides an engineered wall structure which maintains pipe stiffness while reducing weight substantially. This brings bottle tight joints, corrosion free materials, strength and flexibility to diameters which can not be manufactured in solid wall PVC. Lower weight also means reduced handling and up-front costs.
This product is also suitable for many low head gravity flow applications for which bottle tight joints and corrosion free materials are desirable.
